Henry Alfred Allen was the brother to our Great grandfather Ethan William Allen. There are many "Ethans" and "Williams" and "Henrys" in this line which made it very difficult to sort out. Sometimes they used their middle names. Ethan William was the father of Hazel. Henry and Ethan were brothers and were the sons of Aaron C. Allen born in Louisville in 1812. His father was also name Ethan, born in 1782. His father was a revolutionary war vereran named Sgt Aaron Allen.
