This is the Allen line as we currently understand it. It is 100% all the way back to Ethan and Asenath. D.A.R. records seem to indicate that The father of Ethan Allen (b1783 d1853) could be Sgt. Aaron Allen (m Lucy Train) of Mass or Aaron Allen (b1739) (neither directly related to the green mountain boy Ethan Allen as we can yet determine). If the father is Aaron Allen (b1739) then the tree can be further traced back to the 1600s Mass. Nothing can be found about the parentage of Aaron Allen (m Lucy Train).
The Stone of Aaron C. Allen is located in the Louisville Community Cemetery across from the Louisville Community Center. It is about 1/4 mile north of the bridge in the center of Louisville Village.
This stone also reveals that there was a first wife and child before Malvina. Mary Jane ???.
We cannot determine from the site whether the stones were moved here from the flooded area in 1958 or if this is the original location.
