Sometimes people think of faith as if it were money. If I just had enough I could get anything I wanted. But receiving by faith in God is not "how much" faith you have; it is the content of your faith. Faith is words... and that which you are having faith for must be described by those words. You can have a ton of faith when it comes to salvation... and of course that is primary. But a ton of faith for salvation does not mean you have a ton of faith for healing.
