there are no longer any decisions being made in heaven regarding your salvation: spiritually, soulically, or physically. They are all being made by us down here. Are YOU going to accept and believe it or not? He has established the gospel and the word. There is nothing left for Him to do. He has left nothing undone. Jesus has already accomplished it all. If God said "no" to a prayer offered in faith in the name of Jesus, then He would effectively be saying "no" to Jesus because Jesus is the One who made all the promises good. God does not say "no" to the cross. God did not send Jesus to the cross just to ignore it when we call upon His name. When Jesus asked for the cup to be taken away in the garden the final decision was made. There are no more decisions on His part. The cup was taken and He emptied it. There are no more cups for you or I. Jesus finished it. If you are drinking from a cup, it is a cup of your own making... because it did not come from God. That cup was emptied and left on Calvary. God does not say "no" to the gospel. God does not say no to Jesus. If you do not know that He is going to give it to you when you ask, then you cannot believe that you recieve when you ask. If you pray thinking "if it is His will that I receive I will get it, if it is not, then I will not" then do not even bother.
